Once again, Haehn Florist created a masterpiece! I sent a message to the florist with my online order that my fine lady likes purple and lilac colors. The improvisation from the original pictured bouquet in the online order process was nicely done! My fine lady was very pleased when the delivery arrived. I’ll be back next Valentine’s Day.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Haehn Florist & Greenhouses proudly offers local flower and gift delivery throughout Wapakoneta and surrounding communities. Our delivery area includes Wapakoneta, Cridersville, Waynesfield, Uniopolis, St. Johns, New Knoxville, Buckland, and other nearby areas. Delivery availability and fees are based on the destination.
We offer same-day delivery whenever possible for orders placed during our regular business hours. Same-day orders are subject to product availability, delivery schedule, and order volume. For the best selection and to help ensure your preferred delivery time, we recommend placing orders in advance.
Deliveries are typically made during our normal delivery hours and are scheduled according to the day's route. Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, although we will do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests.
A delivery fee applies to all delivery orders. This fee helps cover the cost of our delivery service, including our delivery team's time, fuel, vehicle expenses, and the time required to safely prepare and complete each delivery.
For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, funeral homes, schools, and other facilities, we may need to follow the location's delivery procedures. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or with an appropriate staff member when permitted. For residential deliveries, we may contact the recipient or customer if additional delivery instructions are needed.
During holidays and especially busy periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery schedules may be extended due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make sure every order is delivered safely and beautifully.
